The highly motivated team of IANHFB consists of employees, freelance trainers, and lecturers with extensive experience from their own years of practice. They are always selected based on their personal and professional qualifications, skills, competencies, and experiences. All of them have experienced and internalized the philosophy and guiding principles of the academy through their own training.
Jasmin Schlimm-Thierjung

Jasmin Schlimm-Thierjung is the director and lecturer at the International Academy for Natural Health & Forest Bathing. With her extensive knowledge in business and social sciences, as well as numerous other qualifications, she supports individuals and companies through personalized coaching, training, seminars, and personal development journeys. A native of the Palatinate region, she lives with her partner and their blended family in St. Martin.

Peter Jochem Edrich
Forest Bathing / Experiential Education / Train-the-Trainer Trainer / Trainer for Retreats and Travel
Peter Jochem Edrich is a Dipl.-Ing., experiential/nature and religious educator. At IANHFB, he is a trainer for forest bathing and our Train the Trainer® – Basic training program. As an enthusiastic climber and hiker, he is able to combine his love for nature with coaching, personal development, and training. With his background, he brings a wealth of knowledge that he is eager to share in our outdoor seminars.

Beate von Borcke

As a co-developer of the training modules for Nature Resilience Trainers, Beate von Borcke is deeply committed to making nature and its messages experiential. She aims to provide inspiration for the effective, tailored, and nature-supported implementation of course units in various formats. Nature is not only a powerful space for relaxation and deceleration but also a wonderful environment for personal development, reflection, and strengthening resources.

As the chair of a conservation association and a hiking guide in the Bergisches Land, Sabine Fuchs is dedicated to inspiring people of all ages with the beauty of the forest. Topics such as “Green Care,” “Nature Resilience,” and “Forest Health” have increasingly come into focus and now represent the core of her work.
