Forest Bathing Journey to Japan:
Shinrin Yoku, the concept of forest bathing, deeply inspires us and an increasing number of our participants and trainers. That’s why we offer this unique journey to the origin of forest bathing – Japan. Immerse yourself in the world of healing forests and discover the Japanese art of Shinrin Yoku up close.
On this trip, we combine the experience of healing forests with exploring cities, culture, and customs of the country. A visit to Tokyo will be part of the program, along with a traditional tea ceremony, visits to temples, or relaxing in an onsen (hot spring). During our forest visits, we seamlessly integrate theory and practice of forest bathing, allowing you to deeply experience the special effects of nature on body and soul.
Only in Japan can you experience such a diversity of forests and opportunities for forest bathing. This excursion is truly special. Join us on this study journey that will strengthen your body and uplift your spirit.
In the educational part, we delve into the origins and management of stress, and deepen our understanding and practice of forest bathing and mindfulness training at typical Japanese mindfulness locations. This educational trip is designed for individuals who face high psychological stress and demands in their professions, such as those in health-promoting, social, medical, therapeutic, educational, counseling fields, and for people in leadership positions to pass on to their employees.
