Only when these three areas are equally strong within your personality is a confident presence and successful implementation of course concepts guaranteed.

You have already acquired professional competence through your work experience. In the “Train the Trainer® for In- and Outdoor” program, we will focus specifically on social and methodological competence.

The “Train the Trainer® for In- and Outdoor” program is aimed at anyone who wants to establish themselves in this field, whether you already have training experience or if training design is entirely new to you.
