Goals
In our Nature Resilience training for children and adolescents, you will learn how to effectively use the “green seminar room” as a trainer and how young people can enhance and strengthen their cognitive, mental, and psychosocial core competencies with the support of nature: for greater resilience, balance, self-confidence, and joy in life.
Fields of Activity
As a Nature Resilience Trainer® for children and adolescents, you will lead courses or individual events in daycare centers, schools, educational institutions, adult education centers, etc. This training is particularly beneficial for relaxation educators, stress management trainers, naturopaths, meditation teachers, environmental educators, and nature guides to enhance their professional competence.
Concept
The earlier in a person’s development a resilient orientation is instilled, the easier and more natural it is to handle challenging individuals and situations later on. Nature can be a true helper in this process! In the soothing and decelerating atmosphere of nature, young people find it easier to deeply connect with themselves, discover their individual essence, and effectively manage everyday challenges with the energy-saving strategies learned from nature, emerging stronger from them.
Conclusion
Upon successful completion, the German Academy for Forest Bathing and Health (IANHFB) certifies you as a Nature Resilience Trainer® for children and adolescents, qualifying you to independently lead resilience courses in nature and conduct courses in the healthcare sector.
