The “Certified Instructor for Autogenic Training” Course in Detail

CONTENT
The training to become a Certified Instructor for Autogenic Training teaches an effective relaxation method and enables the instructor to lead their own relaxation and prevention courses. Autogenic Training (AT) is an effective, widely used, and recognized relaxation technique scientifically confirmed as a preventive method for the prevention and reduction of stress-related illnesses. Nowadays, time pressure, stress, and hectic lifestyles are common causes of health issues. Therefore, learning to “properly” relax is becoming increasingly important. As a Certified Instructor for Autogenic Training in Nature, you will guide your participants to connect their emotional and physical levels through autosuggestion, thereby inducing a state of relaxation. In this training, you will acquire fundamental instructor skills and gain a deeper understanding of stress and relaxation, indications and contraindications, and the impact of nature on body, mind, and soul. You will learn, through targeted exercises, how to guide participants in processing everyday problems through self-relaxation and achieving a new ideal awareness to attain relaxation. Additionally, the effects and scientific findings regarding the impact of nature on humans will be covered.
