CONTENT AND OBJECTIVES
As a Course Instructor for Progressive Muscle Relaxation in Nature, this training will enhance your instructor skills and expand your portfolio. The program is recognized and certified, enabling you as a trainer to lead your own preventive courses.
Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) is a proven relaxation technique that achieves a deep state of relaxation throughout the body by consciously tensing and then relaxing specific muscle groups. The alternation between tension and relaxation improves body awareness and reduces physical restlessness.
In this role, you will learn targeted PMR exercises that can induce gradual muscle relaxation and the accompanying sense of physical calm in your participants. With mental strength, your participants will be able to better manage stress situations. This PMR training provides fundamental knowledge about stress and relaxation in nature, as well as skills for course leadership and methodology. Your training expertise will be enriched with this valuable relaxation method in nature.

SCHEDULE
A 3-day full-time on-site seminar. The intensive week concludes with a practical exam, including a presentation and teaching demonstration.
