Corporate Health Management (CHM), Health Promotion (HP), and Integration Management (IM)
What are these concepts? What benefits do they offer to companies and authorities, and most importantly, how can they be implemented effectively in practice?
Corporate Health Management (CHM) integrates health promotion offerings into a structured “health project,” becoming a key component of efficient personnel development. With the legislatively mandated Integration Management (IM) that addresses aftercare and preventative measures for employees who are ill or recovering, companies and authorities gain internal and external resources and potential to manage everyday challenges and difficult times effectively.
The more all levels of an organization engage in health initiatives, the greater the motivation and solution-oriented actions that positively impact both companies and authorities. This not only reduces absenteeism but also leads to a lasting positive change in the participants’ attitudes towards their work and health.
The “CHM and IM in Nature” training provides multimodal knowledge, skills, and strategies/methodology on CHM and IM, integrating resilience-enhancing opportunities offered by nature.
