As a forest bathing course instructor, experience and share the healing and relaxing effects of the forest.

“Shinrin Yoku” is Japanese and roughly translates to “Forest Bathing,” which has been established as a healing practice in Japan for decades. Mindful immersion in the forest is not only beneficial for our minds but also has positive effects on our health.

During the training to become a forest bathing course instructor, you will immerse yourself in the wonderful atmosphere of the forest and learn to lead and guide groups. The aim is to bring your participants into a state of relaxation and regeneration, allowing them to perceive and recognize the forest as a source of strength.

You will consciously experience the forest with all your senses and feel its energy and power, which it exerts on the body, mind, and soul. We all know it; the sight of a forest has a calming effect on us. It lowers our stress levels, uplifts our mood, and positively affects our inner balance.

In the theoretical part of the forest bathing course instructor training, in addition to the history of forest bathing, the functions of the forest ecosystem and important information about the healing powers of the forest are explained.

In the practical part, you will learn through various forest bathing exercises how to activate the senses and establish valuable contact with nature.
